Indoor Hire: This kit can be hired indoors but this unit requires 16ft clear space above.

  • When checking the height allowance for the unit remember to consider light fittings, beams and hanging signs.
  • Also take into consideration the unit position within the space, in relation to fire exits/ kitchen/ toilets/ entrances.
  • Inform us if there are any steps to manoeuvre prior to delivery. Some units are extremely heavy and will require extra man power to deliver if there are any steps. If we are not informed prior to delivery and are unable to manoeuvre unit this may result in the loss of the equipment for your event which you may still be charged for.
  • Struggling to find a local hall for hire or how the equipment will work with the space? Get in touch, we have a vast knowledge of local venues that we have visited before and know our kit inside out!

Outdoor Hire: We always recommend that our kit is put on grass so that it can be anchored down securely, however if you have; artificial grass, hard standing or other surfaces please get in touch and we can discuss the options.

  • Please allow a 3ft clear pathway for delivery. Remove all bins/ bikes/ "stuff" which could block the access route before delivery.
  • Inform us if there are any steps to manoeuvre prior to delivery. Some units are extremely heavy and will require extra man power to deliver if there are any steps. If we are not informed prior to delivery and are unable to manoeuvre unit this may result in the loss of the equipment for your event which you may still be charged for.
  • Check the area where the unit is to be placed for over hanging branches, thorn bushes or anything sharp.
  • Please ensure pet mess, grass cutting, bush and tree trimmings are all completed and cleared in advance (preferably the day before, as freshly cut grass can stain the unit base).
